| Description | A CHS bronze tablet stamped BM 3-1984 set vertically in bedrock on the east side of Gillies Island in the Nastapoka Island chain, on the east side of Hudson Bay. It is located on the third prominent point north of the south tip of Gillies Island. It is 25.1 metres WSW of BM 1-1984 and 9 metres WSW of a large buff coloured sandstone boulder 2 metres in diameter. (Not the same boulder as BM 1-1984 and BM 2-1984.) Location approximated based on Google Earth and BM description. |
